FUNCTION: The Indirect Lending Manager is responsible for managing the indirect lending process, including review and approval of loan applications from auto dealerships. This role involves building relationships with dealers, ensuring compliance with credit union policies, and delivering exceptional member service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
• Loan Processing: Review and assess loan applications for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with credit union policies and regulatory requirements. • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong partnerships with auto dealerships and other indirect lending partners. Provide training and support to partners on loan products and processes. Includes monthly visits to build Dealer relationships within established field of membership. • Credit Analysis: Conduct thorough credit analysis, including evaluating credit reports, financial statements, and borrower profiles to determine risk levels and loan eligibility. • Decision-Making: Make informed lending decisions based on established criteria, and communicate decisions promptly to dealers and borrowers. Provide remote loan decisioning weeknights and weekends for dealers. • Member Service: Provide exceptional service to both dealers and members, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. • Documentation: Ensure all loan documentation is complete, accurate, and stored in accordance with credit union policies and procedures. • Compliance: Stay updated on industry regulations and credit union policies to ensure compliance in all lending practices. • Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports on loan volume, performance, and dealer activity for management review. • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including underwriting and collections, to facilitate smooth loan processing and enhance member experience.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred. • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in lending, preferably in indirect lending or automotive finance. • Skills: -Strong analytical and decision-making skills. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Proficiency in lending software and Microsoft Office. • Knowledge: Understanding of credit union operations, lending practices, and relevant regulations.

Human Resources Coordinator
FUNCTION: Perform a variety of duties relating to the support of the Human Resources function for the Credit Union.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Responsible for general staffing:
- Prepare, and post internal positions per email to all employees, and in ADP. Contact candidates, and schedule interviews, administer and score Teller Tests.
- Perform reference checks on potential employees. Verify education and driving record if applicable. Send bondability information to CUNA for processing. Complete credit checks, references, CORI and check systems on final new hire applicants.
- Prepare new hire orientation packets. Conduct orientation and complete required documentation as well as benefit enrollment forms. Ensure I-9 form is completed and filed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Complete applicant tracking to ensure compliance with the Credit Union’s Affirmative Action Plan. Prepare no interest letters for resumes and applications that have been reviewed and rejected. File resumes by category, purge as needed. Prepare reject letters for candidates who have been interviewed and not hired.
- Prepare separation packages with necessary documentation as COBRA including election notification, Exit Interview, DET information and Life Insurance conversion plan. Send Termination Reports to manager.
- Complete and send MIS appropriate forms to documents new hires, promotions/transfers and terminations.
- Responsible for Employee Relations:
- OSHA reports and posting as required.
- Periodically audit compliance boards and send updates as required.
- Coordinate HR and Credit Union community events.
- Responsible for Service to Employees:
- Responsible for service to all employees who come to the Human Resources department for assistance.
- Establish and maintain the confidentiality of employee records.
- Prepare monthly performance appraisal lists and distribute to managers; monitor for timely return to HR for processing.
- Track employee attendance according to the Credit Union’s Attendance Policy. Complete corrective action process in a timely manner, and monitor the return of signed forms.
- Coordinate the daily administration of the benefits program which includes communicating information and processing forms for all employee benefits; act as liaison between employees and benefit providers. Maintain accurate enrollment records, and make changes as needed on a timely manner.
- Process the monthly billing of premiums, review of invoices, makes changes as necessary due to employee changes, and submit bill payment to Financial in a timely manner.
- Prepare MA PFML and Family and Medical Leave notices; monitor for compliance and length of leave. Coordinate the leave process with employees, process health insurance payments for employees on Leave of Absence.
- Prepare Workers’ Compensation documents; and submit accident reports as necessary.
- Cross-Trained to complete all functions associated with Payroll and 401K processing.
- Any other duties assigned.

Assistant Vice President (AVP) Branch Manager
The AVP Branch Manager is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the branch team. They oversee the provision of a full range of services for members and prospective members in addition to training, directing and supervising the branch staff. The branch manager is accountable for maximizing sales and member satisfaction, minimizing operational losses, deepening member relationships and minimizing member attrition. The manager also ensures that all established policies and procedures are followed. In addition, they execute business development activities to ensure sustained growth of the branch, and they seek out new members and business opportunities.
ESSENTIAL BRANCH MANAGEMENT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Exercise supervision over branch personnel
- Acquire new members, deepen existing member relationships and minimize attrition of existing member’s relationships.
- Attend to the daily needs of staff, members and prospective members
- Open IRA certificates of deposit and process member IRA transactions including but not limited to contributions, distributions, transfers, rollovers and changes of beneficiaries
- Process loan requests and answer credit inquiries
- Assume responsibility for teller system, and interface with Main Office and vendor as needed to maintain the system
- Monitor large cash deposits and withdrawals, and complete and forward the Large Currency Transaction Report to Branch Administration
- Advise and explain the risk associated with large cash withdrawals, emphasizing safety and security of the member and their funds. Explain about possible fraudulent activity and scams involving cash withdrawals
- Ensure that daily proofs are done as required and oversee accountability for the handling of cash. Assist in resolving balancing problems. Make sure monthly reports and audits are done as per procedures, and inform Senior Management of trends in their market area
- Review and approve all branch cash orders to ensure compliance with set branch limits
- Oversee the facilities and equipment of the branch office to ensure the branch is always functioning at its best and is professional in its appearance. Place service calls to maintain and repair equipment as necessary
- Exercise administrative and operational control over the office including interpreting Credit Union policy and maintaining security and customer service levels efficiently and profitably
- Represent the Credit Union in the community and actively promote additional business
- Conduct a monthly staff meeting for branch personnel and an annual training session on security. Attend management meetings and functions as required by Senior Management
- Open and close branch daily or assign this responsibility to others
- Respond to Police/Alarm calls after hours. Respond to branch problems/emergencies
- Approve all expenses incurred by the branch and forward to Senior Vice President (SVP), Branch Administration for final approval
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DUTIES included but not limited to:
- Actively build new relationships within the market through outreach and networking

Commercial Loan Officer
St. Anne's Credit Union is currently looking to add Commercial Loan Officers to our successful lending team.
FUNCTION: The Commercial Loan Officer is responsible for developing and maintaining quality and profitable relationships with small to mid-sized enterprises, organizations, or individuals as their financial advisor for the full array of products and services made available by the Credit Union and tailored to the Members’ defined strategic objectives. FUNCTION: Responsible for assisting new and existing members with various financial needs including teller transactions, new accounts, and general member services. Advise members in the determining which credit union products and services best meet their needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Greet members and respond to telephone inquiries regarding information concerning credit union products and services in accordance with all regulations and credit union policies and procedures.
- Serve members at teller window/station.
- Assist members in opening new accounts such as savings, checking, money market, and certificates of deposit. Obtain proper documentation necessary for opening such accounts. Complete online banking registration and e-statement registration with members at account opening.

FUNCTION: In conjunction with the Branch Manager is responsible for the oversight of all daily branch operations, ensuring all established policies, procedures and regulations are being adhered to. - Maintain appropriate security controls to protect the facility against criminal and fraudulent operations and unnecessary risk or exposure.

Strong analytical skills and hands-on knowledge of Ellie Mae’s Encompass are strongly preferred.
