Our Online Banking or Mobile App
Conveniently process payments to your loan through our FREE Online Banking service or FREE Mobile App by transferring funds from your statement savings or checking account to your loan. You can also schedule automatic payments with ease so you won’t have to keep track of due dates and your payments will always arrive on time.

NOTE: Any transfers made Monday-Friday after 9PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) and Saturdays after 6PM EST will be available next business day. Any transfers made on non-business days (Sundays and holidays) will be available on the next business day.

Phone
Call St. Anne’s FREE telephone banking service at 1-800-258-8484 and select “Transfer Funds” to transfer from your statement savings or checking account to pay your loan.
You may also call Loan Servicing at St. Anne’s Credit Union at 1-877-STANNES during normal business hours to pay your loan over the phone*.
*A $10 transaction fee will be accessed if transferring funds by phone from St. Anne’s Credit Union accounts or if transferring funds by phone from another financial institution (other than St. Anne’s Credit Union).

Debit Card
Click here to make a one-time payment using a Mastercard®, Discover® or Visa® debit card.
- When adding an account, enter the last four digits of the account holder’s Social Security Number.
Please Note:
- Payments are limited to a maximum total of $5,000 per payment. Payments exceeding this limit will be returned.
- You will not be able to make a payment if there is no balance on your loan.
Recurring payments need to be canceled once your loan is paid off.
- Contact St. Anne’s Credit Union at 1-877-STANNES if your billing address has changed to ensure uninterrupted payment.
- It may take up to two business days to verify your external account. A one-time (Express Pay) or recurring payments are free.
- Payments made BEFORE 9:00PM EST will be processed on the next business day; AFTER 9:00PM EST will be processed within the next 2 business days.
For Mortgage Payments:
- Only exact monthly payments can be accepted.
For Commercial Payments:
- Conveniently process payments to your loan through our FREE Business Online Banking service by transferring funds from your statement savings or checking account to your loan - or contact your Loan Officer for assistance.

Transferring Funds From Another Financial Institution

- You will need to register and validate your non-St. Anne's account. Once completed, your account information will be saved for future payments.
- When adding an account, enter the last four digits of the account holder’s Social Security Number.
- When making a payment from a savings account, please enter your savings account information in the checking account area.
