St. Anne’s participates in the SUM® ATM Network (a group of community banks and credit unions that provide FREE access to ATMs throughout the U.S. All St. Anne’s Credit Union debit Mastercards® are automatically part of the SUM® network which allows you easy access to your cash by offering thousands of ATMs with no surcharges. Look for the SUM symbol to avoid ATM surcharges. You can also visit the SUM® website for a list of surcharge-free locations near you – or find SUM® ATMs wherever you are with the SUM® Mobile ATM Locator app (FREE for iPhone® and Android™).

Mobile Check Deposits
Make deposits with the St. Anne’s Credit Union Mobile app quickly, conveniently and securely. Mobile Deposit is FREE*, easy to use and saves you time with fewer trips to the ATM or branch!
- Deposit checks directly into your eligible personal checking account using the St. Anne’s Credit Union Mobile app on your eligible smartphone.
- Sign your check, write “For mobile deposit only SACU”, choose the checking account you’d like to deposit into, the amount of the deposit, take photos of the front and back of your check - and submit. It’s that easy.

- Open a St. Anne’s Checking Account. Mobile Deposit can be used with an eligible St. Anne’s personal Checking Account

Fraud Protection
A lost or stolen card is just one area of concern in today’s world where Identity theft, skimming and other attacks are an unfortunate reality. Turning your debit card off when you’re not using it helps safeguard against fraud. When your card is “off,” no withdrawals or purchases will be approved. Transaction controls that allow your debit card to work only in specific locations or geographic areas add another layer of protection. And real-time alerts keep you informed when your card is used or declined.

eStatements
Receive your monthly account statements electronically online for free with eStatements. Once you complete registration you can login to eStatements to view, print and save your monthly statements from any device. At the beginning of each month, you will receive an email notifying you that your statement is ready to download. eStatements are a safe and secure paperless option. Text Message Banking
Need up to the minute account info in seconds? Get the answers you need, sent directly to your cell phone via text message.
Follow these steps to get started:
- Log into Online Banking
Text Message Banking is available through Online Banking. To enroll, click here.
- Activate
After logging in, go to the "Profile" menu at the top of the landing page and select either "Enroll Now" or "Manage Devices." Then follow the steps to register your mobile phone - you will receive a text containing an activation code.
- Start Texting
Now that your phone is set up, just send a text to the number provided in your activation text with one of the following commands: BAL = Balance HIST + texting account nickname ex: HIST ACCT = History ATM + street or zip = ATM Locations STOP = to cancel SMS HELP = for Help
Your answer will be promptly sent back to you – usually in less than 10 seconds!

Telephone Banking

Coin Counting
For your convenience, all branches come equipped with automatic coin counters – a free service to St. Anne’s Credit Union members and also available to non-members for a nominal fee.

Direct Deposit
No need to make an extra trip to a St. Anne’s branch. Set up direct deposit and have your paycheck or other recurring deposits (like Social Security, unemployment, etc.) sent automatically right to your checking or savings account.

Overdraft Protection
At St. Anne’s Credit Union we understand that there are times when the unexpected occurs and leaves your checking account short. In order to serve you better and provide you with more choices in the way you prefer to bank, St. Anne’s offers various Overdraft Services* for consumer accounts. This means that the choice is yours - consider these ways to cover overdrafts:
Sweeps2
This service links your checking account to your statement savings account to automatically “sweep” or transfer money from your savings to cover transactions presented for payment against your checking account that would otherwise have resulted in an overdrawn balance.
Overdraft Line of Credit
This loan automatically advances money up to your available credit line, working seamlessly with your current St. Anne’s Credit Union checking account.
Overdraft Privilege1
Experience automatic convenience and peace of mind—because Overdraft Privilege automatically protects your eligible checking account products accessed by paper check or electronic means (such as bill pay). Overdraft Privilege covers check or ACH transactions that otherwise would be returned for insufficient or unavailable funds – and also saves you the inconvenience of any bounced checks and fees charged by merchants for checks returned to them. The best part is – you don’t even need to sign up, it’s available already to all members on all eligible account types!
Overdraft Privilege Plus2
Overdraft Privilege Plus offers all of the same benefits of our standard Overdraft Privilege program – PLUS coverage of ATM transactions and one-time debit card transactions from your checking account. You must opt-in for Overdraft Privilege Plus.

What You Need to Know About Overdraft Protection Plans:
- Should you overdraw your account, apply money back to your account as soon as possible. Remember to apply enough money back into your account to cover the overdraft and any fees.
- Even if you have one of these plans, there is no guarantee that St. Anne’s will cover your checks, ATM withdrawals, debit card and other electronic transactions that overdraw your account.
- This service is not available to all account types – please speak with a St. Anne’s representative for more information on eligible account types.

Wire Services
Use our wire transfer service for your incoming and outgoing transfer of funds. If you are planning to make a major purchase with wired funds from your St. Anne’s account, please speak to a Member Service Representative. All transfers in excess of $10,000 must be set up in person, in advance.
